FORMS

Click on to bring up the Forms menu.

Blank Input Forms--This form is available with or without calf data.  Click "Include Data" to reveal data.  The user has the option of changing the default herd.  The Starting Birthdate and Ending Birthdate must be entered manually in the form MN/DA/YEAR.  Click OK to reveal the forms.

Cow Worksheet--This form lists all the cows in that herd where the user can manually enter calf ID and additional cow data.  The user has the option of changing the default herd.  Click OK to reveal the form.

Replacement Worksheet (Landscape)--This form provides data on the replacement with additional data on its sire and dam.  The user has the option of changing the default herd.  The Starting Birthdate and Ending Birthdate must be entered manually in the form MN/DA/YEAR.  Click OK to reveal the form.
