Question: What procedure do I follow to copy my data?

Answer: Occasionally you may want to copy your CHAPS data either to disk as a backup or to the hard drive on your computer. A "Copy Data" option is available in the newest update of your CHAPS software.

Click on Utilities from the menu at the top of the screen. Choose Copy Data. A screen similar to the one below will appear.

If you know where you want to copy you data to, fill in the directory location in the Copy Database To: field. If you are not sure of the location, click on Browse to find the file. A screen similar to the one below will appear.

If you want to save to a disk, click on the down arrow located under the X (upper right-hand corner) and locate your floppy drive. If you want to save the file to your computer's hard drive, maneuver through the directory to find the correct file.

Click on OK once you have located the correct location.
